  • In 1962, MG gave us the iconic MGB, and showed the world what a real roadster should be like. And in 2023, MG gave us the Cyberster, trying to tell the world that it still got what it takes to make a proper roadster-only, it's an EV.

Good review. You didn't sugar coat anything and overall it was a very nice overview. 10 times better than most renowned reviewers that just read the company presentation in the video.

This is the only Chinese car I really want. It seems SAIC really knows how to bring back the MG with this Cyberster.

More Chinese haters here. They need to wake up and realise where most things are made, from Apple phones to new car components for all major manufacturers. As for the MGB it was a rubbish sports car. Yes I owned one back in the day. MGF was badly made and developed and took the Chinese to sort it out. and of course no-one bought them and so ended the last British assembled MG sports car.

Thanks for the story, very insightful from a driver perspective! If taken to the mountains with proper push to the throttle, what is your feeling what the range will be?

@@madev_channel that would be a 200+ km range, not too bad. But is this value taken from the screen and are you sure the displayed value is not capped at 30?
