As a fan, I too would like to see her confirm at the highest levels and sustain this over the years. Just temper those hopes with a dose of realism as the tour has a lot of great players : Osaka, Barty, Plikova, Andreescu, Serena (always a threat until she retires), etc.

What is incredible is the speed of involvment of this girl. She failed in Sillicon Valley classic in the 1st round in Aug 2021. Then she changed her coach and won American Open in Sep 2021. She knows what she wants and how to acchieve it. Amazing!
She didn't change her coach after she lost in Sillicon Valley classic. The same coach (Andrew Richardson) stayed with her for the entire US trip up to the US Open final.
My one hope for Emma and her coaching team is that she doesn't overdo it and can remain injury free . The other UK hopeful Jo Konta seems to be forever out of action with some injury . I was really impressed when Bianca Andreescu won the 2019 US open at 19 but learned she later picked up a knee injury and hasn't impressed on court since .
the good thing in that regard is Emma is ver clearly willing to switch up her team if she feels it's best for her. Switched coach between Wimbledon and the US, dropped her coach again after (tbf there were extenuating circumstances ther). But I think if she felt a coach was pushing her in an unsafe way physically she'd drop them & find someone better for her.

Overall, there is very little to criticize especially considering her age and experience. If she can stay healthy and stay away from the celebrity and media vultures, there is no reason why she can't emulate Serina's success in the woman's game. Not everyone's cup of tea, I suppose. To rectify the situation, I simply turn the volume down and play something light and relaxing over the top of the otherwise obnoxious background music. "Threnody for the victims of Hiroshima" is always a good choice.
