All over the world Muslims recognized that the Chechen defensive war against the Russians was a true, legitimate jihad. No scholars or members of the ulema in the 1990’s disagreed. The video is also depressing, because these muhajideen who fought so bravely, would have no way of knowing that one of their own (the munafiq Kadryov) would sabotage everything they struggled for. The ulema are now silent about Chechnya (and Palestine, etc).
