Rbby Clmrz the soundtrack is great and has huge variety despite movie length. Photography was astonishing for a superhero movie. The adaptation was more than satisfactory, keep in mind this is one of the hardest comic stories to translate to movie. Acting was good, not oscar worthy, but better than average.The ultimate cut had a far better script than the theatrical version, that most people saw. WB should had allowed more artistic freedom to ben Affleck and snyder to do their thing.
Poor Ben looks like he has the weight of the world on his shoulders. It was nice of him to even show up. I don't think anyone would have blamed him for skipping this.

I really liked Ben's words on how they made the Batman character. Like us, he too was skeptical of filling such large shoes, but if Snyder had such a vivid and passionate vision that he really led Affleck through to really create this new understanding of the character, then I'm more than interested to see how it'll turn out. Except if they screw this up, it would destroy every legacy Nolan hoped to leave behind when resurrecting Batman from the depths Schumacher took the character to. We had never seen Batman like he was shown in the TDK trilogy and nothing can be that radical a second time.

Listening to Gal Gadot's thoughts on the role make me ever more confident and assuages my fears around the depiction of the character. It sounds like even if the script gets her all wrong, Gal's acting choices may resist and/or reverse any negatives elements that might make their way into the script.

Holy shit, I feel the sadness of Ben Affleck from this camera ...
I really liked Ben's words on how they made the Batman character. Like us, he too was skeptical of filling such large shoes, but if Snyder had such a vivid and passionate vision that he really led Affleck through to really create this new understanding of the character, then I'm more than interested to see how it'll turn out. Except if they screw this up, it would destroy every legacy Nolan hoped to leave behind when resurrecting Batman from the depths Schumacher took the character to. We had never seen Batman like he was shown in the TDK trilogy and nothing can be that radical a second time.
Also I know Ben Affleck is going through a divorce and that's sad, but it was almost poetic to see the contrast between his and Henry's facial expressions and posture on the panel.

It sounds like even if the script gets her all wrong, Gal's acting choices may resist and/or reverse any negatives elements that might make their way into the script.
Glad to hear people in the comments recognizing what Ben is going through during this and not just poking fun @ him. You can tell his mind is understandably elsewhere.

Just came here after watching Zack Snyder's Justice League. Have to say that all of this team, the chemistry between all of them, they look so happy...really feel empathy for Ben Affleck, he is the best Batman ever on screen...and I'm a huge Cavill's Superman fan.
