I am about 1/3 to 3* the Bacalar so when I hit the 765LT, most of the SC will go to the 9x8. Tushek is something I’m confident I can get to 4* and a chance for the Bolide stages.

Yes, but only after the Drive Syndicate is no longer active. Unlike the other support Cars regardless of whether it's in the DS Garage or Regular Garage, the main event Car will only be upgradeable using Syndicate Coins, so the best strategy is to wait for the DS Event to time out and spend Credits instead. It's similar to what I do now whenever I MAX any Car, I don't upgrade it immediately unless I have to get it to a minimum required rank to complete any new event. Otherwise I just do 1 upgrade (and 1 import upgrade) per day for the free daily Tokens until I max out everything and then move on to the next Car. 😏
