Thank you friend. This process has always been very physical for me… I am currently in a very challenging health purge/release that’s got my full attention. Got so hard I begged for an exit point recently. lol. But I’m human and I’ve given myself grace to let that be okay. I knew this year would be extremely physical in regards to getting to the root of health issues… my family members and close friends are all diving into something that’s stopped their normal way of living it’s been so intense. So funny enough.. the outside circus has been a comedic distraction for me. lol. Thanks for touching on the “they must know something we don’t” aspect as that’s come up for me. I’m like… they’re so blatant there’s got to be something big we are not getting. But I digress… my guidance told me strongly…. No more scrolling… no more shorts or podcasts if anything for a while with the exception of you and some dear astrologers I follow. But to draw, read, write, rest…. Stay off the crazynet… as much as possible. Long message… thanks for the listen. Always good to see you my friend.

There is so much distraction at the moment, and as you say, it is very clever as it is designed to be personal in some way. I am a yoga teacher and I try to teach people to find their inner stillness and peace behind the distraction of mental activity, but very often I find that difficult to do myself with all the chaos going on. However they do say that you teach that what you need to learn! Thank you for the reminder that we are all human going through a human experience, and that at times we might slip up along the way.
