I recently resigned from my previous organisation as I got an offer letter from Accenture, my date of joining was of 23rd October but HR didn't send an Onboarding letter, saying he is not having my information on the portal, but everything was present there, he raised a ticket to his tech team and eventually all my present documents and offer letter disappeared from my workday Portal. He is just saying that it will be done but he is lying as I heard his lead saying when I was on the phone call with him, that recall it. I guess it was for my offer. I have left my prev org now, and rejected the other two offers for Accenture. This kind of case in Accenture has not happened only to me but it's happening with many. I can share all the offer letter details and other signed documents with you, kindly raise this you have a wide audience. i was in 6th class when i learned about github and programming languages and i was already very good in computer knowledge as 6th and i posted files on github at that time now i am in 10th and i know python,c++,java,etc and pro in computer knowledge
