Your story is so amazing, I just started Keto but I am your clone, same size same issues as a child, had a gastric bypass, gained the weight back, back problems, I have tried every diet out there with no success and I always blame it on the bypass issues. Tried these this morning but cut the recipe in half .... they were awesome. Think next time will use hot Jimmy Dean sausage to kick up the flavor a bit. Also used egg beaters because to me they are fluffier scrambled than actual eggs. You're right, they are good even cold. Thanks for taking breakfast to a more satisfying level!!

We made these for a party. We tried rolling them in finely chopped ham and another with pepperoni. They all were a huge hit. The ham tasted like omlet and the pepperoni tasted like a meat lovers pizza... delicious.
Breakfast is always a problem... trying to get away from scrambled eggs (boring) so this excites me and being single will cut the recipe in half and having some poblano pepper on hand and add to this recipe instead of scallions. Can't wait to try!!!
If I had to measure every recipe I cook, I'd never cook. I can make this simply by watching. I guess that's because that's how my mom taught me to cook. Thanks for the recipe.

My favorite way to eat these is cold to room temp and stuffed in celery ribs! Yummy! Also, another trick I use: Use veggie cream cheese and it takes care of onions and seasonings.

Just made these. Yum! I'm so lazy I didn't roll into balls. Instead I put the bacon all inside and scooped out a little less than 4... 1 cup servings into little bowls. If I decide to roll them later ok... if not I can eat as is cuz it's so yummy! Thanks for sharing this recipe!!
I have a question! do you weight and track your grams or Oz of meats such as sausage or hamburger meat when they are raw or after you cook it? I have been struggling in this area. On another note, I love your videos and have finally tried your Fat head Pizza recipe. It was amazing😃

I don't care for meat, but I do love bacon. I wonder if I could make this with just bacon and no other type of meat? It should still work... I hope. Can't wait to try this! 😃

Not complaining, but I cannot imagine how anybody could eat four of them! I’m hoping that by refrigerating them, some of the richness might be diminished. We will see. I’ll freeze most of them, they’ll last me weeks! Thanks for your videos!
I would like to ask how many carbs do you actually shoot for per day? I realize you are trying to avoid them but unless you only eat meat that is impossible. What is a good amount to remain in ketosis?
