    I just wanted to tell you that these are amazing warmed through!! I enjoyed them fresh made/a little warm and cold, but I had two left in my batch and I wasn’t in the mood to eat them cold. I put them in the oven, covered for about 20 minutes and they were very soft and AMAZING.

    Your story is so amazing, I just started Keto but I am your clone, same size same issues as a child, had a gastric bypass, gained the weight back, back problems, I have tried every diet out there with no success and I always blame it on the bypass issues. You have given me hope, thank you for sharing your story, I was supposed to see that today. 💕

    i am so excited to try these! i work 6am shifts have to leave by 5 and if i make breakfast i have to get up at 4 am its just too hard on keto for me but if i like these they will be my life saver! thankyou!!

    Tried these this morning but cut the recipe in half .... they were awesome. Think next time will use hot Jimmy Dean sausage to kick up the flavor a bit. Also used egg beaters because to me they are fluffier scrambled than actual eggs. You're right, they are good even cold. Thanks for taking breakfast to a more satisfying level!!

    We made these for a party. We tried rolling them in finely chopped ham and another with pepperoni. They all were a huge hit. The ham tasted like omlet and the pepperoni tasted like a meat lovers pizza... delicious.

    Breakfast is always a problem... trying to get away from scrambled eggs (boring) so this excites me and being single will cut the recipe in half and having some poblano pepper on hand and add to this recipe instead of scallions. Can't wait to try!!!

    The reason for you watching this video starts pretty much at 4:22. Before that, you can learn to make scrambled eggs.

    If I had to measure every recipe I cook, I'd never cook. I can make this simply by watching. I guess that's because that's how my mom taught me to cook. Thanks for the recipe.

    I make these every week. I forgot to put the bacon in the first time, so I just leave it out every time now. I am one of those weird people who have to add red pepper flakes, cholulua and pepper jack cheese 🧀.
    I always just grab one out of the fridge cold and eat them. It's now a staple of my eating and I can't thank you enough for sharing your recipe.

    My favorite way to eat these is cold to room temp and stuffed in celery ribs! Yummy!
    Also, another trick I use:
    Use veggie cream cheese and it takes care of onions and seasonings.

    I ordered your book today and can't wait to try all your recipes, starting with these Breakfast Bombs. I am not a big fan of sausage but will mix ground beef and sausage to lighten the sausage flavor. Really enjoy watching all your videos Kristie. Thank you for all you do.

    Ya know, I've done sausage, cream cheese and eggs for years. Never thought of green onion, seasoning and bacon. Definitely going to try. This is great 👍🏻 as I usually have all those staples on hand. Thanks Kristie. By the way, I definitely need to get that book.

    Just made these. Yum! I'm so lazy I didn't roll into balls. Instead I put the bacon all inside and scooped out a little less than 4... 1 cup servings into little bowls. If I decide to roll them later ok... if not I can eat as is cuz it's so yummy! Thanks for sharing this recipe!!

    I have a question! do you weight and track your grams or Oz of meats such as sausage or hamburger meat when they are raw or after you cook it? I have been struggling in this area.
    On another note, I love your videos and have finally tried your Fat head Pizza recipe. It was amazing😃

    Thank you! I've been trying to come up with something easy for any time of the day that I can just grab and eat lol. I'm not much of a cook and this looks super easy and yummy. I don't care for meat, but I do love bacon. I wonder if I could make this with just bacon and no other type of meat? It should still work... I hope. Can't wait to try this! 😃

    I made these this morning, and they are delicious. But, they are so incredibly rich that I could barely eat even one before I felt I was overdosing on fat. Not complaining, but I cannot imagine how anybody could eat four of them! I’m hoping that by refrigerating them, some of the richness might be diminished. We will see. I’ll freeze most of them, they’ll last me weeks! Thanks for your videos!

    I would like to ask how many carbs do you actually shoot for per day? I realize you are trying to avoid them but unless you only eat meat that is impossible. What is a good amount to remain in ketosis?
