    Thanks again to Polly and Power for Parkinson’s!! Exercise for me is like a prescription you carry with you every day. It’s yours for the taking!! For a small amount of time we can concentrate on improving and open a door of opportunities. Physically and mentally good for the soul. ❤️

    I have a hard time doing the out and in with my legs at the same time. I wonder why because I can do everything else.

    if these hurt your lower back how can that be worked around?

      We always advise avoiding any exercise that causes any pain. Perhaps you can check with your doctor or physical therapist to obtain more specific individualized advice! Wishing you the best.
