About 20 yrs ago my dad purchased a 730 Comfort King that had been setting a number of years. In just a few hours with help from a cousin they had her up and running. Used her a few years until we had sell....As far as I kno she's still running n farming.
So, it looks like the former owner, made a lawn ornament out of that Case 930 or 900. If you can get it running, COOL, if not there are a a lot parts that can take off for other more "FIELD READY" tractor
@@CrazyDEquipment Dave not wishing to appear smart and i love your videos. Been a case man all my life. My dad had a cross mount and an L model, I had an LA, yes with Case remote hydraulics and a 930 ck chaindrive model. But im confused about the engine sizes. I have an advertisement for the 930 in 1961 which says 25% more power for 1961 and quotes it as 83 hp the 900 was quoted at 71 hp . Nebraska test gives the 930 80 hp on the belt, test no 741 may 1960 with a 401 cu in diesel Whereas the previous year gave the 900 , 377 cu in and horsepower of 70 on the belt. I didnt actually check the nebraska test book ,but im assuming they got it right
@@ohioplowboyhawk6738 you know it will be for sale shortly once we get the new tires on it as for what we would want for it I'm not for sure I'm totally open to offers
Regular watches of this channel, know how much you love your "CASES", even "Basket Cases"
She seemed content where she was and didn't want to leave
Hey Crazy D! Every time you save one of these, you preserve a piece of our past for the future- Good work!

Nice Wagner! & A 850 Versatile!!! nice, save. be even rarer if it was a 900B! Boy those suckers are very hard to find.
Glad to see another beauty saved!
Not a bad tractor.
CRAZY-D WORK IT ..🤠🤠🤠
Some of the finest tractors ever built. Thanks for saving it Dave.
That would make a sweet pulling tractor
@@stevewhyte8476 we are big in tractor pulling
You got a great deal on that! The front weights cost 500 each!
I farmed with a 930 in the 60s.
Good buy! Those front frame weights alone, aren't that easy to find..
I'd love to have a 930 for that price.have a good worker for 1200 all said and done. Excluding labor
That 4WD Pickup is worth saving.
Hey D love your stuff is this all you do for a living? I have the same passion was wondering if you could point me in the right direction?

Where in the heck do I put or check hydraulic oil on a 930 case diesel comfort cab
Have you ever come across a 400 case love your videos keep them coming
There's a 400 diesel here in Central Illinois you could probably get pretty cheap
Owned one in late 70 pulled 6 row 7000 Deere planter with it
need more “ resurrected from the gravesite” videos!
It's got four flat tires... Yeah, but they are only flat on the bottom.
I'm gonna ask the obvious. Did you take it out of gear and unlatch the brakes before before draggin' it?
Ends up that the transmissions froze up but yeah it was out of gear and the brakes were disengaged
@@CrazyDEquipment I would guess that’s probably not the only thing froze up on that motor to?
With regard to an an early 930 and a 900 being similar , the 900 had a 377 cubic inch engine and the 930 were 401. Both lovelly tractors
Yes but the 9:30 didn't get the 401 engine until after 63 the tractor was in production from 1960 to 69
But you are right they are awesome tractors

I also note the 930comfort king had a slightly higher compression ratio than the test in 1960

Well maybe you will have 2nd thoughts later . It still might get back in the field ???🤔🇺🇸🏆
Be honest with you I keep teetering back and forth
Mr Goodpliers scrapper buddy Silas has a 930 row crop out at his farm yard
A friend, was driving home towing his boat, he had boat low, and dragged off the lower part of his boat motor.
What to the Case LA. Project with bad carburetor?
Waiting on the carburetor kit to come in
Where in the heck do I put or check hydraulic oil on a 930 case diesel comfort cab
I'd like to find a 930 like that one
How much you want for the case
The engine blocks on those were humongous...
Why dint ya snag up that Square Body Chev sittin right there while ya was at it ?
That square body Chevy is now ground up Honda that was something we couldn't save
Do you still have the Wagner WA4?
Yes I do
Is it for sale if so how much are you asking for the ol. Girl
@@ohioplowboyhawk6738 you know it will be for sale shortly once we get the new tires on it as for what we would want for it I'm not for sure I'm totally open to offers
Before I would make an offer I would need to see some pictures or a short video and the location of the tractor. Thanks and have a great day.
That makes sense the tractor is actually sitting in my holding yard in Mount Hope Kansas
Record Doc's reaction.....🤔🙄
Just outta curiosity did anybody think hey maybe the old heifers in gear lol.
Actually yes that was the first thing I checked and it is not in gear there's water in the rear end and it is froze up
What about the square body Chevy
Unfortunately that I couldn't save
500 dollar tractor _ 1000 dollar lawn damage…
Only tractor worth saving is a Fordson.
should have tried to air up the tire's
Couldn't get the truck close enough to be able to put air in it air them up back at the house they are still holding air
