Loved this! Thank you. Link to Tommy's notion doc? Also, what is the piece you mentioned "0 to $1 - Launch your digital product in 8 days challenge"? Interested in where that exists
"Get up in the morning and pick one" love that way of looking at it. That summarises it for me. The idea of waking up and seeing how much you have to work with . The abundance of content and making selecting the job. That's something that would put you to bed with excitement and wake you up with drive. It's so purposeful! Lots more to unpack from this sesh. But that was one bit that resonated. Cheers lads!
Really enjoyed this! Question though. Once you get someone on your email list using a 5-day email course “lead magnet”, does that person go into a general post-course email sequence that continues to ask for a sale if they don’t buy the course at the end of the 5-day email course?
I think this is where triggers and flows come into play. In my head once they finish the first "course" sequence the last email would say something like "If you enjoy this then subscribe to our one weekly emails" where they would then opt in to the main list. That main list then has ways of converting over time
Have definitely been guilty of chasing the audience number. Just recently realizing the importance of building with a product. Great content as usual guys, I’m finding so much value in these vids as a creator/writer.
The three things that really made the most impact for me were: building trust through the 5-day email course, pricing the permanent 'beta' version to increase as you evolve the content, and how I might better use language to better align to my niche. Worth the watch.
So inspiring! I’m a bit conflicted: I just pre-sold a course (personality type-based self-development for geeks, gamers, and creatives). There were 13 sales at $100. That’s cool, right?! There’s interest and it’s more aligned with my vision for the future (Just finished the 2nd Category Pirates book). But my audience is mainly 1 personality type (INFP) and I know if I make any content for them then it performs a lot better than for other types. Most buyers from the above course are INFPs as well. I’m not sure how to position this with 16 personality types to market to but 3 that perform the best.
Beyond the Digital content , Tom the dude has solid VO career possibility in Hollywood with that Voice quality!!!
I’ve always thought Dickie was ‘Good Cop’ and Cole was the ‘Tough Cop’…
but Dickie gets into Tommy 😂
Loved this! Thank you.

@@NHammondDesignno they're already on your list, set it up so after the course ends, they start getting your regular newsletter/emails.

You don't need to market to all the personality types, the potential audience is big enough.
your email newsletter keeps saying fathom not defined?
"Just out it out there. Just see what happens"
