    Absolute gold mine!
Here are my top 3 takeaways:
    1. Using templates to build out content systems will save you from the inspiration trap.
    2. The game of Twitter & LinkedIn is to steal proven structures from established creators and repurpose them with your ideas.
    3. You set the goal posts for your business. Money is only one of the many reasons for starting a business. If you want to work less, plan in that direction.
I only found Justin Welsh in the last few weeks. I'm loving his philosophy on business and life, so far!
This is a super valuable resource. Thanks for sharing!

Omg, i thought i was the only one! Joined early days hyper growth tech companies as a product manager in 2009, left tech in a similar way in 2018. Built a similar sized business (slightly smaller) during the pandemic, now rebuilding it with a new funnel. My clients are all on LinkedIn and I’ve noticed the same thing - they’re super agreeable and careful whereas I can afford to be more opinionated. Great insight on growing on the platform!

I have spent thousands on business coaches and have gotten a fraction of the value of what Dickie and Cole are sharing here. For people like me who have built a business to a certain scale and have fallen into the same traps they’re talking about, this is lifesaving and saves me mental anguish doubting what needs to be done.
