Really good band and nice guys! My punk band TYRANT opened up for them at Max’s in NYC! Mark The Mutha Chesley was our lead singer. The guys came in our dressing room and wanted to shoot the shit. Our singer shot them down with an attitude. We didn’t like that, especially when they asked who wrote the songs, The Mutha said,” We all do” which upset the other guitar player and myself because -I WROTE THE SONGS!! (The lead guitar player wrote three also ). I just wanted to say to the guys. Thank you and we all really liked you guys. And that Nick quit the next day!! We were going to go on tour with Suicide but Nick quitting ended all that! I have pictures from the Marquee it says real big near the door, TONIGHT THE DOTS and TYRANT . Fri- SID VICIOUS! JERRY NOLAN! JOHNNY THUNDERS!! I thought maybe they would want a copy. Just ask. By any chance you didn’t record that night? Did you? We are putting together a cd/DVD box set to be released over seas. I got into a fight that night outside . Some jerkoff was bothering our women. I squashed that shit quick! A few well placed punches to his head had him quitting after about 30 seconds. He did catch me with a good right hand but no biggie. Some guy out of nowhere grabbed me and said he had a gun.
