Your videos have calmed me down, lifted my mood, helped my ADHD brain focus, eased meditation, woken me up in the morning and put me to bed at night. This one centers me, every time, without fail. It feels like a magic pill, but it's not magic. It's just....vibrations. And so is everything else. I feel so blessed to have found your channel. The research it inspired me to do into isochronic tones flipped my opinion 180 degrees. Heck, I put earphones on my skeptical mom and watched her opinion change before my eyes. I was walking down my steps in pitch black in my boxers. My cat scratched and scrapped the carpet as she skirts passed me. Scaring the living shit out of me. I continued down the stairs in the black. I arrived. I turn on the kitchen light and press on toward the living room. There she is, taking the corner with a smooth strut. I follow close behind. I dee a bag of toilet paper from target earlier today. I abruptly kick the shit out of it one good time. It was loud and scared the shit out of her. Binaural beats produce a much more shallow and blended waveform, which makes the beat sound less pronounced. Isochronic tones have a space between each pulse/beat, making the waveform clearer and more distinct. This produces a stronger evoked response in the brain, which results in a stronger brainwave entrainment effect. Binaural beats only produce a very small evoked response when measured on an EEG, resulting in a much weaker brainwave entrainment effect. There are some creators out there using isochronic tones but labelling them as binaural beats tracks because binaural beats gets a lot more keyword searches. This has caused confusion in the market and kept the demand for binaural beats higher than it should be. You'll find lots of binaural beats videos on RUclips where the creator doesn't tell you to use headphones or you can clearly hear the beat with just one speaker. When you hear/see that, that's described incorrectly and not binaural beats. So this type of thing does make it difficult for people to understand the differences and benefits between the two.

I aprreciate that there is a lot of confusion on this subject and that does really come down to there not being enough concrete research yet. The desire to get close to nature would be difficult to narrow down to a single specific frequency. I've read that plants emit audio acoustic emissions between 10-240 Hz and that is also affected by drought conditions. So you couldn't pin plants to a single frequency or even a close range. The Schumann Resonance frequency is the nearest thing to a single frequency linked to nature at the moment. Humans can't hear below 20Hz, so creating a sound with a 7.83Hz pitch would mean that no one would be able to hear it. Pitch describes what the noise sounds like. A lower pitch is deeper sounding, a higher pitch is sharper sounding. This 7.83Hz isochronic tone beats at a rate of 7.83 times per second, to emulate the Earth's frequency. The frequency quoted for isochronic tones relates to how often they beat/cycle per second. Until we know more, this 7.83Hz isochronic tone frequency would be the nearest thing I can think of as a single frequency linked to nature.
I'll be completely honest, I hadn't heard of Mu waves until you mentioned them. I can't say why they are overlooked but I can say they don't seem to be talked about much in the brainwave entrainment niche.

Stories about his life showed examples of his obsession with these numbers. When a person who is achieving fantastic results, usually we look at what they are doing from waking up to sleeping to see or ask why. look at the video on sound induced shapes. If it wasn't demonstrated, I wouldn't know just how special numbers and vibration are.
That's just your imagination playing tricks on you as there isn't anything like that on the track. I do get the occasional person saying something similiar, on some of my other tracks with repetitive sounds. So you are not alone in hearing something like that.

I can imagine the sound of an instrument/recollect the sound of those bells - but it's not the same as 'hearing' them during listening to the tone - although the sound is light it's more distinct and 'real' than an imagined/remembered sound. Why did it just start doing an irregular rhythm? I don't get it? It should be exactly 7.83 pulses per second. And while your at it, why not make the frequency an octave of 7.83?

There are lots of people who think isochronic tones are a type of binaural beat. As you've implied, when people create isochronic tones tracks and call them binaural beats that does muddy the water even more and make it confusing for people. In some cases, it appears that the person creating the track doesn't really know the difference between the two. However, the main reason I think this still goes on is people search for binaural beats about 9 or 10 times more in the search engines. So if you are creating a video or a track to sell, it's much more appealing to sell and label tracks as binaural beats. As more sellers and video creators have done this it's manufactured and kept the demand for binaural beats high, when it's actually the weaker method and less effective, in terms of a producing a recorded brainwave entrainment effect.
I have a question about the pattern of colors. Do the pattern of colors have any meaning for chakra activation? I have a Himalayan salt lamp that has a certain color pattern and I have noticed that when I see each color I am aware of the energy geared for the specific area of my body. So is it the same for this video?
Any colour changes in my videos are purely coincidental and random. I mainly focus on the audio side of things. The visuals are just there as something pleasant to look at and not linked to chakra activation or anything like that.

Yes, they do sound very similar. When I had an MRI I was warned about how many people find it very unsettling, difficult to cope with etc. However, I found it very relaxing, despite how loud it is.
Try refreshing your browser window or tab or trying to play this in another new window or tab. It may be that your browser has some kind of display error on this page, as there's definitely sound playing on the video. Also, ensure the RUclips volume is set to max, just in case you are listening on a device with low bass. What you are referring to is the pitch frequency and you are correct, adult humans can't can't hear below 20Hz. The pitch frequency measures what the tones sound like. A high frequency produces a high-pitched sound and a very low fequency produces deeper sounding sounds. With isochronic tones the frequency you see quoted describes how often the tone/beat repeats/cycles per second. In this case it simply means the tone/beat is repeating at a rate of 7.83 times per second. I.E. 7.83Hz. From memory, the pitch frequency on this is probably around 180Hz, so well within human hearing range.
No, 432/7.83 does not equal a whole number. Now the earth is 108 suns away from the sun and the moon is 108 earth's away. 108x4=432, 108 is 1x2x2x3x3x3 btw. On avg. 107-109 for earth and sun. Schumann is earth frequency so in that way there is a relation. I like isochronic too as sometimes I do the old school mono sound with one speaker and also if you're using binaural with speakers and you're not I'm the right spot there are phase issues.
This track and frequency is designed to relax you. It’s much more appropriate for using when meditating, rather than playing chess. I recommend you try some of my videos that are titled for focus.
Humans can not hear the 7.83 hz.Shumann resonance! This recording has been sonically altered and hovers around 200 hz... The frequencies emitted by the Earth are way, way below the threshold of normal hearing for humans but some animals may be able to hear this but just very faintly..

With isochronic tones, the frequency quoted relates to the number of times the tone is switched on and off per second. In this case, 7.83 times per second. It might be less confusing if it was referred to as bpm but I didn't get to decide how these types of tones are quoted and measured, as that happened a long time before I started using them.
There's isn't actually a consensus on a definitive frequency range for alpha in the scientific community or any of the other wave states. If you do a search on it there are numerous theories on the supposed correct frequencies ranges out there. I'm not claiming that my version of Alpha is any better than anyone else's. I spent a lot of time a dozen years ago trying to tie the ranges down, and in the end, settled on what I found to be the most popularly quoted ranges at the time. I'm still not aware of a definitive range that everyone agrees upon. Many people consider the Schumann Resonance frequency to be in the Thalpha range, somewhere on the border between Theta and Alpha.

Are you listening on a mobile phone or iPad etc without headphones? The speakers on some portable devices have very weak bass so it can be hard to hear the tones on some of them. But with headphones, you should be able to hear it fine. If that's not the problem, try restarting your browser because the sound is working ok.
Headphones are not required on this track. If you can hear the tones clearly that's good enough. I only suggested headphones for anyone whose phone or laptop speakers aren't very powerful. On some cheaper portable devices, sometimes the speakers have very poor bass so it's hard to hear the tones/beats, even when turned up.

I was walking down my steps in pitch black in my boxers. My cat scratched and scrapped the carpet as she skirts passed me. Scaring the living shit out of me. I continued down the stairs in the black. I arrived. I turn on the kitchen light and press on toward the living room. There she is, taking the corner with a smooth strut. I follow close behind. I dee a bag of toilet paper from target earlier today. I abruptly kick the shit out of it one good time. It was loud and scared the shit out of her. I could tell because the way she fish flopped in the air and off the ground at the same time she was kicking in all different directions as she attempting to sprint with great difficulty. She gathers herself and looks at me in shock. I turn off the light and go back upstairs after confirming the doors were locked.. now I'm listening to this. Grain of salt people... grain of salt... I don't know why these work better than binaurals
I have a section in my article that explains why isochronic tones work better here: www.mindamend.com/brainwave-entrainment/isochronic-tones/#binauralbeats. Binaural beats produce a much more shallow and blended waveform, which makes the beat sound less pronounced. Isochronic tones have a space between each pulse/beat, making the waveform clearer and more distinct. This produces a stronger evoked response in the brain, which results in a stronger brainwave entrainment effect. Binaural beats only produce a very small evoked response when measured on an EEG, resulting in a much weaker brainwave entrainment effect.
There are some creators out there using isochronic tones but labelling them as binaural beats tracks because binaural beats gets a lot more keyword searches. This has caused confusion in the market and kept the demand for binaural beats higher than it should be. You'll find lots of binaural beats videos on RUclips where the creator doesn't tell you to use headphones or you can clearly hear the beat with just one speaker. When you hear/see that, that's described incorrectly and not binaural beats. So this type of thing does make it difficult for people to understand the differences and benefits between the two.

I appreciate the isochronic tones since I like to use speakers and I am really looking for a track with the Schuhmann frequency pulse of 7.83 Hz in the pitch of 136.1 Hz and/or 68.5 Hz (the earth's rotation around the sun). I aprreciate that there is a lot of confusion on this subject and that does really come down to there not being enough concrete research yet.
The desire to get close to nature would be difficult to narrow down to a single specific frequency. I've read that plants emit audio acoustic emissions between 10-240 Hz and that is also affected by drought conditions. So you couldn't pin plants to a single frequency or even a close range. The Schumann Resonance frequency is the nearest thing to a single frequency linked to nature at the moment.
Humans can't hear below 20Hz, so creating a sound with a 7.83Hz pitch would mean that no one would be able to hear it. Pitch describes what the noise sounds like. A lower pitch is deeper sounding, a higher pitch is sharper sounding. This 7.83Hz isochronic tone beats at a rate of 7.83 times per second, to emulate the Earth's frequency. The frequency quoted for isochronic tones relates to how often they beat/cycle per second. Until we know more, this 7.83Hz isochronic tone frequency would be the nearest thing I can think of as a single frequency linked to nature.

I'll be completely honest, I hadn't heard of Mu waves until you mentioned them. I can't say why they are overlooked but I can say they don't seem to be talked about much in the brainwave entrainment niche.
i cant tell if the video is lagging, if the rate of the beats actually fluctuates in the audio itself or whether its an illusion of my mind but while i usually can feel rhythms very well and exactly this just feels confusing

Omg, I been experiencing horrid head ringing and dizzy spells and other things I won’t go into. I was told to try this. I’ve known about it for years and tried it once before with a device. This seems different. It is doing something to me though. My brain 🧠, backside got a feeling instantly. What’s difference from binaural and this isochronic?

When a person who is achieving fantastic results, usually we look at what they are doing from waking up to sleeping to see or ask why. look at the video on sound induced shapes. If it wasn't demonstrated, I wouldn't know just how special numbers and vibration are.

That's just your imagination playing tricks on you as there isn't anything like that on the track. I do get the occasional person saying something similiar, on some of my other tracks with repetitive sounds. So you are not alone in hearing something like that.

I can imagine the sound of an instrument/recollect the sound of those bells - but it's not the same as 'hearing' them during listening to the tone - although the sound is light it's more distinct and 'real' than an imagined/remembered sound. I'm sure there's a lot about the brain and perception not yet understood.

Why do so many people pawn their videos off as Binaural beats when the are, in fact isochronic? . Not the same thing. It's either meant to deceive the public or one is just ignorant of the topic that one professes
There are lots of people who think isochronic tones are a type of binaural beat. As you've implied, when people create isochronic tones tracks and call them binaural beats that does muddy the water even more and make it confusing for people. In some cases, it appears that the person creating the track doesn't really know the difference between the two. However, the main reason I think this still goes on is people search for binaural beats about 9 or 10 times more in the search engines. So if you are creating a video or a track to sell, it's much more appealing to sell and label tracks as binaural beats. As more sellers and video creators have done this it's manufactured and kept the demand for binaural beats high, when it's actually the weaker method and less effective, in terms of a producing a recorded brainwave entrainment effect.

I have a question about the pattern of colors. Do the pattern of colors have any meaning for chakra activation? I have a Himalayan salt lamp that has a certain color pattern and I have noticed that when I see each color I am aware of the energy geared for the specific area of my body. So is it the same for this video?
Any colour changes in my videos are purely coincidental and random. I mainly focus on the audio side of things. The visuals are just there as something pleasant to look at and not linked to chakra activation or anything like that.

What you’re referring to relates to the pitch frequency. We can’t hear very low sounding, low pitched sounds below 20Hz. With isochronic tones, the frequency describes how many times the tone repeats per second, i.e. 7.83 times in this case. The pitch frequency on this is about 180Hz.

Yes, they do sound very similar. When I had an MRI I was warned about how many people find it very unsettling, difficult to cope with etc. However, I found it very relaxing, despite how loud it is.

It may be that your browser has some kind of display error on this page, as there's definitely sound playing on the video. Also, ensure the RUclips volume is set to max, just in case you are listening on a device with low bass. What you are referring to is the pitch frequency and you are correct, adult humans can't can't hear below 20Hz. The pitch frequency measures what the tones sound like. A high frequency produces a high-pitched sound and a very low fequency produces deeper sounding sounds. With isochronic tones the frequency you see quoted describes how often the tone/beat repeats/cycles per second. In this case it simply means the tone/beat is repeating at a rate of 7.83 times per second. I.E. 7.83Hz. From memory, the pitch frequency on this is probably around 180Hz, so well within human hearing range.

No, 432/7.83 does not equal a whole number. Now the earth is 108 suns away from the sun and the moon is 108 earth's away. 108x4=432, 108 is 1x2x2x3x3x3 btw. On avg. 107-109 for earth and sun. Schumann is earth frequency so in that way there is a relation. I like isochronic too as sometimes I do the old school mono sound with one speaker and also if you're using binaural with speakers and you're not I'm the right spot there are phase issues.

Humans can not hear the 7.83 hz.Shumann resonance! This recording has been sonically altered and hovers around 200 hz... The frequencies emitted by the Earth are way, way below the threshold of normal hearing for humans but some animals may be able to hear this but just very faintly..

It might be less confusing if it was referred to as bpm but I didn't get to decide how these types of tones are quoted and measured, as that happened a long time before I started using them.
7.83 Hz are not "Alpha" waves but Theta waves. Alpha are waves of much higher frequency.
There's isn't actually a consensus on a definitive frequency range for alpha in the scientific community or any of the other wave states. If you do a search on it there are numerous theories on the supposed correct frequencies ranges out there. I'm not claiming that my version of Alpha is any better than anyone else's. I spent a lot of time a dozen years ago trying to tie the ranges down, and in the end, settled on what I found to be the most popularly quoted ranges at the time. I'm still not aware of a definitive range that everyone agrees upon. Many people consider the Schumann Resonance frequency to be in the Thalpha range, somewhere on the border between Theta and Alpha.

Are you listening on a mobile phone or iPad etc without headphones? The speakers on some portable devices have very weak bass so it can be hard to hear the tones on some of them. But with headphones, you should be able to hear it fine. If that's not the problem, try restarting your browser because the sound is working ok.
But in your discription above you said head phones not required. I play it with my computer and its got good speakers. Is that enough?
Headphones are not required on this track. If you can hear the tones clearly that's good enough. I only suggested headphones for anyone whose phone or laptop speakers aren't very powerful. On some cheaper portable devices, sometimes the speakers have very poor bass so it's hard to hear the tones/beats, even when turned up.

If the tone was repeating at a rate of 193 times per second, you wouldn't be able to hear the individual beats, as it would be going so fast it would sound like a single uniterrupted tone. When measuring isochronic tones, 7.83Hz relates to how often the tones cycle/repeat per second. Not what they sound like, i.e. the pitch frequency. The tones on this cycle/repeat/beat 7.83 times per second. Hence 7.83hz. It's a long time since I created this, but from memory the pitch frequency on this is probably 180Hz. Isochronic tones are measured by how often they repeat per second because they are used to stimulate and sync with brainwave activity, which is measured in the same way. The pitch frequency doesn't affect and sync with brainwave activity like a repeating tone does, so that's why it's secondary and not usually quoted upfront. I hope that clears up the confusion.
