Actually it means the price starts at 17 up to 278, for example 8 inches is 17 and 30 inches is 278, you have have to select the length you want in other for you to see the price, I hope this helps.

Is there a different machine for making wigs or it same sewing machine?
I just did one recently and first time experience the lines on the wig cap will be placed differently but the same idea as ponytail. Also same the sewing machine she used or any sewing machine can be used for wig making and headband wigs. Hope that helps

Any black hair shop should sell them. Or go on amazon and search for "drawstring ponytail mesh" or "drawstring ponytail base". I think they have packs of 5.
