Ingredients:
Onion (medium size)- 500 grams
Peanuts (roasted )- 1/4 cup
Tomatoes - 2
Ginger - 3inch
Garlic cloves - 10
Bay leaves - 2
Black cardamom -1
Cinnamon stick -1 inch
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder -1.5 tsp
Cumin powder -1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Cooking oil
