Chef...in our home my Mom cook this Kaju Masala with Raw Cashews. As we are from Konkan region of Maharashtra we have our own Cashew farms so most of it produce is used for consumption. Even Prawns & Egg goes pretty well with Kaju Masala & my mom makes it often😋😋😋 Cutting raw cashew is hell of task & we usually do it in month of May & store raw Cashew in Freezer which last for 3-4 month 🤩
