I just returned from Italy, and while I was in Venice I visited a lovely yarn shop called Lellabella. I bought some amazing yarns, and learned from the owner that the word for bobbles in Italian is ‘nocciole’ (hazelnuts) which is just adorable! Enjoy your travels!

I'm watching from New Zealand :) Knitting gloves (full length fingers) with dk sock yarn from a local yarn dyer and for the cuffs Im holding it with a stand of silk mohair. I just watched the Fruity Knitting podcast where they were talking about the Costa Rica retreat. Sounds incredible. Maybe if I won the lottery!

I love your “pounding in gauge warnings” in this episode. I just made a sweater that I thought I was on gauge and once I blocked it well let’s just say I have to either find someone larger than me or rip it all out. I can’t remember another time this has happened to me. 😮 Love all your new colors and love Sami yarn. My Petit Knit Anker Tee came out just right. ❤
