Thoroughly enjoyed this video that as usual is laced with good advice & info. I especially enjoy the Veermaster was & still is my preferred Virginia, i do enjoy most of the Virginia blends you mentioned. I also enjoy the Peterson Flake which is more like the Red Fox, rich & flavourful. Off topic i finally had a go on your mix of Prince Albert & Pesse Canoe. Nathan, 3 words, i love it👍 in fact i am smoking now as Beth is typing my comment 😁 so far she is not complaining about the room note😂😂 (Nathan, i want him to enjoy his pipe that is why i am not complaining 😜Beth) Regards. Daniel & Beth
Good for you Beth😂 as I know you don’t like the Latakia aroma. Did anyone tell Daniel what a special wife he has😉 Anyway Daniel thanks for your comment & enjoy that fabulous mix. Glad you finally can try it. Take care both of you.
Good Morning 😊 Fantastic Review👌🏽 Lovely Description 😋 Great Components 💯 Your Thoughts on The Blend is Always Much Appreciated 👍🏼 Beautiful Pipe 😍 Have a Great Sunday 🙏🏽 Happy Smoking Moments 🌬💨💨 Greetings From South Africa 🇿🇦
Great review and appraisal of the divine leaf. Of all the tobacco's - Nicotiana tabacum is the only leaf in which I feel well versed. It's subtleties I will never tire of...I've have always been somewhat perplexed with views that Virginia is a simple tobacco profile. Recently been delving into Burley forward blends, especially Semois which has been a revelation. As always... thanks Nathan for these weekly treats.
Thanks Mark. Of course I agree with your well-versed comment😊 I also agree some Burley blends are so rich & flavourful. Must search up on the Semois blend you mentioned. Enjoy your weekend
Thank you Frederick for your clarification. So it is correct 👍 well, it does make sense describing this blend. So you are from Bremen, it is a nice looking port town. Btw My son in law is a fan of Mark known as Bremen pipe smoker who is very knowledgeable on Meerschaum pipes & tobacco in general. Small world really😊
@ No problem for the clarification. The world even gets smaller, Bremen Pipe Smoker visits the same tobacco shop I spend a lot of time in. We often sit together smoking and talk about pipes and tobacco. And thank you for your videos. I really enjoy them 👍
hi Nathan,im over from your vaping channel, ive never smoked a pipe, but have a huge interest in tobacco blends ,etc, could you please explain the definition of a vapour, keep up the good work.
Great video Nathan. Capstan blue is one of my favorite Virginias. As it starts to get colder outside, do you still try and smoke outside in your garden? Or do you switch to indoor only? Thanks! Looking forward to future videos!
Thanks. I am with you all the way on the quality of the Capstan Blue. Now to your question, I love smoking in my garden which I do as much as I can. The problem is when I want to record a video outdoors it must be fully dry and not too windy and that can be a challenge, so I record indoors more often in the winter. But privately I definitely prefer smoking my pipe outdoors when ever possible.
Nice review Nathan one for my next order 👍🏻 At the moment the Capstan blue ready rubbed I got on my last order has set a bench for straight Virginias I wonder if this might top it? Happy smokes Martin 😊
Thanks Martin. Capstan Blue is amazing I prefer it to the gold. The Veermaster is somewhat different in its bright flavours & fruitiness. Would be interesting to hear your thoughts between the two😊
I like how you describe pipe smoking and the flavor nuances of pipe tobacco.👍🏻😁
Thank you 😊

Thank you for this. I have been curious about this tobacco.
My pleasure😊
Another nice sounding blend.
Thanks Mike. If you like Virginia this one is excellent 👌
I enjoy very much your videos. As Virginia Tobacco fan, you should try the blend Red Virginia Flake from Wessex.
Thanks again!
@eg.franch4097. I would love to try your suggestion if only it was available to buy😊 regardless thanks for your comment
Another straight virginia, form DAN tobaccos, you should try: The Mallard (named The Mellow Mallard in US)

The translation Sweet and Mellow is correct , as this is Plattdeutsch a northern German dialect. Best regards and greetings from Bremen Frederick

Hi Jonathan nice to see you here😊 the term VaPer is a short combination of the following. Virginia & Perique.

Not yet. It is a Virginia base with fire cured Kentucky & perique. Did you try this blend
Am awaiting a tin brought in by a friend from Munich. Will smoke it then.
Looking forward to hear your feedback perhaps I will try it myself
Smoking a small clay pipe today, loaded with Maple Shadows.
Enjoy it John. The Maple Shadows is very tasty
@TheVapingPiper picked it up at Sutliffs 175th Anniversary think it was out of thier first batch! It is a great fall blend we may never see again!
Cannot believe how much I dislike the STG!
Dislike😳 you got me confused now😊
