Nakaii is slept on just his durability makes him a really solid lord. And then area buffs too
I feel like Nakai has eclipsed quite a few of the lizardman lords in terms of his utility, at least in domination mode. His area buffs and hitting power are so good in long drawn out fights that involve scrapping over tight areas of land, with the proper support he's an absolute nightmare to deal with.
Nakai+Star Chamber Guardians is a pretty heinous death star to deal with

These elite LM builds are really making me look at the lizards in a completely different light.
They’re so much more fun when they’re fielded with Saurus and dinos and not just skinks with a life slaan

Skink Oracle can heal too. Just so expensive.
I always want to run skink oracle but they never seem to work out. A mobile caster with decent spells on a sniping mount.
Problem is Skink Oracle isn't allowed to equip any passive casting buffs like Life Bloom in multiplayer so it's a disappointing caster
Nakai's attack animations also make him very hard to single out. In campaign when I was playing Deathmaster, I couldn't get him to kill Nakai because Nakai would just run all over the place and through everyone, then Deathmaster would need to push past every other unit to catch up.
Felt like a very straightforward battle, no crazy weird units in this one.
Yet another LM win, flexing by not using the dreaded aquatic trait 😎
Salamanders are conceptually one of the coolest things in the setting imo

the oracle heo can take earth blood, so that could be extra healing... he is pretty expensive though
Earth Blood but no Life Bloom unfortunately. Rev Crystal Bastilidon is so much cheaper it's definitely the better choice for the cost
The Lizardmen are just so thematic.

I am surprised you sent the salamanders into combat, but they do well.
I'd have been tempted to add a flying chief just for annoyance value, but otherwise the only criticism was the orc archers were allowed to do their thing. Cavalry I guess might be the answer, would love to add a oracle as it turbo charges the blob fight, but its so expensive...

beast is one of my favorite lores I love flock of doom it is such a good spell and dose so much damage if used right.
The match made Nakai feel powerful but not indestructible all while tanking hordes of Skaven

How does the perfect vigor aura work? If you get in range of an exhausted friendly, they go up to fresh vigor. But when they leave the range, do they go back to exhausted or does it have to work down from fresh again?

Honestly not something I've ever thought about before.
There do exist fatigue restoring effects seperatly so I don't think a perfect vigour aura would automatically make a unit fresh.
In campaign for example if you start a battle in forced march PV units are still tired.
But maybe this has a unique interaction where they just get treated as fresh and then go back to whatever value they were before.
Cant remember if there even is any other aura that gives perfect vigour

I think they simply don't get tired any more and stay at the vigor they had before entering the aura. Though don't quote me on that

I 1000% HATE the force pathing THROUGH a unit in TW.
Their MD should go to Zero in such a case.
I mean it makes sense that high mass units be able to move through infantry imo, maybe spears should be able to prevent it (but he had normal saurus not spears so doesn’t matter in this scenario) but monsters should be able to move through infantry like a hot knife through butter
Allied troops pathing through a unit in closed ranks isnt much better tbh
I hate it because the ai loves doing with everything and anything.
Its very fun when 10 units spread across a battleline just decide to force pull through with no penalties at all.

Even though a lot of your units didn't have high value, I think you made up for it by tanking the ammunition from the goblins and causing fear. Classic face to foot style!
You can heak Nakai with a skink oracle but those get really pricey.

They got charged by boars but how would nakai damage his own units?
Melee can't friendly fire, so that was definitely a coincidence of timing
@@DibbzTheLoner yeah you are right, I can see the Boar boys killing them real fast on the charge before the zoom, I just didn't expect it to be that much.
They seriously need to fix lords attacking other lords and missing and just pushing them instead, it's a bit annoying. Bit like dread sarien trying to kill a single entity, it misses so often
