Sadly, my only memory of this card game is tied to a tragedy that occurred during a time this was in print. I was pulled out of school early, and got to buy a couple packs of cards.
That's too bad! Its a shame this game didn't get more attention or push. Even when it was out I remember the owner of the card shop I went to constantly pushing this game... He knew it was fun and taught all of us who were willing to learn.
@@CardMasterBrian agreed!! & nice. I also remember the owners of my local card shop teaching my family & I & others how to play. We got cheap starter sets & packs. I don't remember if they had singles at that point, but they did host a tournament for it & gave us promotional foil Forest Trolls! 😅 *actually pretty good card! (If your opponent's not discarding your lessons! Lol. Since he requires a lesson discard, himself) I don't remember how much I won, but it was some & I remember I loved this game!! Possibly my favorite TCG. I really like the added layer of surprise/strategy that damage makes you mill cards off the top of your deck. I love the art, the gameplay, the starting characters, & how your resources don't tap & you generally only get 2 Actions a turn, making this game more fair & strategical! No one can possibly win in the 1st couple turns, unlike Yugioh! Or even Magic or even Pokemon! And many of the creatures, especially dragons & trolls, are dope af! (Foil Norwegian Ridgeback made me Engorgio) Plus, Harry Potter is my absolute favorite nerdy franchise. And personally, although it is a shame, I like that there's only 5 official sets to this TCG! Makes it more personable for your favorite cards, there's not some constantly new set to look out for & buy or rotations/illegal cards, power creep, all that BS... I won't play the fan made revival sets. I only want the real, official cards & people to play with. So far, recently, I've made 4 decks that my mom & I play & we both love it! 💖 Very underrated & underappreciated game in general.
What’s the best way to get some cards for this game? Booster boxes are anywhere from $200-$500. It seems incredibly difficult to get 4 copies of a single card.
I still have a lot of my Hatty Potter cards but I have some missing what decks did you use to make this deck? (The premade decks made by Harry Potter tcg, like Diagon Alley)
Just put in an order for all the cards I’m missing to build this deck. Any recommendations for an alternative to Dobby’s Disappearance? I don’t think I’ll be tracking one of those down anytime soon

You should be able to find singles on EBay. Also there are Facebook groups that you can join and find others who might have extras to sell/trade.

I bought lots of booster packs and singles from my local card shop 🙂
