Man 45 took a hell of a shot. These next gen cars seem tough, but the lack of apparent crushing happening is a bit concerning.
I’m worried that in the pursuit of making them tough, they are *too* tough and they aren’t absorbing as much energy as they should to try and keep the driver steady and avoid concussive injuries or worse.
We haven’t seen a *truly* hard hit yet this season but hopefully i’m wrong and my uneducated observations are just being overly worried

@@rvegasguy_5216 i hope not, but you’re probably right. When those rumors came out, NASCAR gave the most typical “no but actually yes” answer they could give when asked if the rumors were true.
Hopefully they can do something but knowing NASCAR nothing will happen until somebody gets killed just like before
