You forgot New York Minute 4.

New York Minute 4 doesn't count.
The definition of Single Lap is either you start and end at different points, or you don't pass the starting point multiple times until you end the race. You pass by New York Minute 4's starting point to count a lap.

Wii rainbow road should never have been 1 lap. N64Wario Stadium taking about 1:30 a lap, NGC Wario Colosseum a 2 lap course, NGC, Rainbow road custom has this as 2 laps, GBA, Bowser castle 4 feels long, and tracks like those should be a 1 lap

That’s what Nintendo did to Mario Kart Tour. Put one lap in Wii Rainbow Road.
