    Eid Mubarak to all ❤❤❤
    *Sunnah one can do on the day of Eid*
    *1 Reciting Takbeer*
    It is recommended to recite Takbir during the night of `Eid from sunset on the last day of Ramadan until the Imam comes to lead the prayer. The format of the Takbir is as follows:
    Allahu akbar, Allahu akbar, la ilaha ill-Allah, Allahu akbar, Allahu akbar, wa Lillahi’l-hamd (Allah is Most Great, Allah is Most Great, there is none worthy of worship except Allah, Allah is Most Great, Allah is Most Great, and all praise be to Allah).
    Or you can say Allahu akbar three times, so you say:
    Allahu akbar, Allahu akbar, Allahu akbar, la ilaha ill-Allah, Allahu akbar, Allahu akbar, Allahu akbar, wa Lillahi’l-hamd (Allah is Most Great, Allah is Most Great, Allah is Most Great, there is none worthy of worship except Allah, Allah is Most Great, Allah is Most Great , Allah is Most Great, and all praise be to Allah).
    Both are permissible.
    Men should raise their voices reciting this Dhikr in the marketplaces, mosques and homes, but women should not raise their voices. .
    *2 Performing Ghusl (Ritual bath)*
    *3 Wearing one's best clothes, and men perfume themselves*
    *4 Eating an odd number of dates or if not available, any food before leaving for the `Eid prayer (EID AL-FITR)*
    *5 It is prescribed for the one who goes out to the `Eid prayer to go by one route and return by another , following the example of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him)*
    *6 Attending the Eid prayer for Women, even if they are not praying*
    ( For Men the most authentic opinion : Eid prayer is Fard)
    *7 In Eid Prayer: In the first Rak`ah the Imam should recite Sabbih isma rabbika Al-A`ala (Al-A`la 87) and in the second Rak`ah he should recite Hal ataka Hadith ul-ghashiyah (Al-Ghashiyah 88). Or he may recite Surah Qaf (50) in the first and Surah Al-Qamar (54) in the second. Both options are narrated in authentic reports from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him)*
    *8 OFFERING THE EID GREETING*
    Taqabbal Allahu minna wa minkum” (May Allah accept (our good deeds) from us and you)
    تَقَبَّلَ اللهُ مِنَّا وَمِنكُم

    ...yes Sheikh...on the eve of Eid, at the market place, the Hijabi sisters built a throng waiting for their turn to paint their hands and nails with henna...there's a Hindu Indian lady that put a table with a chair and gave Henna painting services on their hands and finger nails and it's a few minutes before Zohor, how the Hijabi sisters are going to take their wudhu when their hands were just painted..it never happened in the previous year, it just started in 2024, made yo look like a ritual..with I consider very Hindu influence...the mothers together with their daughters happily joyously waiting in line for their turn...I dare not advise them because they're so many and might attack and bombard me...this matter must be address by Sheikh or imam

    What are you supposed to do specifically to "enjoy" eid if we can't copy any other cultures or religions? Especially anything that kids would enjoy. Festivals are haram. Music is haram. Movies and TV are overwhelmingly haram. Going out to specifically do something for Eid is just copying what other religions and cultures do when they go out for their holidays. What are you even allowed to do to celebrate? Other than eating food, I can't think of anything. If it's just the prayer, I don't think that will elevate eid into the position of an actual holiday that is comparable to any other holiday.
    Serious question, I've been a Muslim for a few years but I've never understood this

    • @helojoeywala6622
      @helojoeywala6622 2 месяца назад +1

      hey mate I think you have a very good heart and intentions but I think you're getting some things wrong here,
      for example, you said "Going out to specifically do something for Eid is just copying what other religions and cultures do when they go out for their holidays."
      no we can go out and do things and enjoy for the SAKE OF EID and CELEBRATION FOR EID. we can take our families and kids to go enjoy and have good food FOR THE SAKE OF EID because this is OUR celebration. this doesn't mean you go and do exact things that are from other religions such as putting a christmas tree and decorating it for example. also movies and tv aren't haram unless they have haram things in them which are MOST western shows but there are still many shows that do not show haram things and those can obviously be enjoyed.
      for example on Eid, our local masjid hires two big bouncy castles for the kids so they can have fun bouncing in them. they also have many food stalls and stuff and even they give out lollybags to kids for free that people have contributed to making for the happiness and enjoyment of kids.
      please do not hesitate to correct me if I am wrong anywhere and you have evidence to back it up jazakallah khair.
      Thank you for your comment and I hope that I have not said anything of offence to you.

    • @helojoeywala6622
      @helojoeywala6622 2 месяца назад +1

      also i forgot to mention but we should spoil our kids during Eid, (but not do it outside of Eid)
      this way even for our kids, Eid will always be a special time for them.
      such as buying them very nice new clothes, shoes, watch, whatever they like that is halal obviously.
      I feel that I understand what you meant in your comment that giving lots of gifts is like copying christmas but its really not because this is our celebration and we are supposed to be giving gifts.

      @@h20taku60 Haircuts are haram if you are doing a style purely to imitate them, or even the "trend", etc. It doesn't only mean imitating the Christians or the Jews, today many aren't even religious and openly love saying that. Keep the whole matter full and avoid just shortening it to make it sound so restrictive.
      For example, even the style of clothing have changed, I am not buying cloths with the intention to imitate them, to look cool like them, I'm just buying basic cloths for my purposes, and no where in my mind I think to look like them. So now, if they also wear what I wear, like does that make me sinful? Not really. my intentions weren't even to imitate their styles.
