I don't think Cody is a massive head hunter, but the biggest flaw in your statement is the comment about Aldo.
He is a very technical fighter. He made a mistake by lunging in at Conor and got caught, happens to people all the time, there was no pin point accuracy or remarkable timing.. I was a good counter punch and it's not some big feather in Conor's cap. Conor actually almost ate the punch from Aldo. If he would have destroyed Aldo for 2 or 3 rounds then I would be singing a different tune about how great Conor was at 145. Conor's punch just happen to get to Aldo's chin a split second before Aldo's hit Conor's.
Conor is to big for Cody, but if they were around the same size in all realism, Cody could just rely on his wrestling the first couple rounds to tire Conor out. I just think it would be a good fight. I don't think they will ever face off but if they did it would be far from lopsided

McGregor is truly alpha and you can see it in his demeanor and the tone of his voice. Urijah, Cody, and TJ are all great fighters but too often let their emotions take over. You can just see it in their eyes and demeanor.

This whole saga is one of the most interesting things I've seen in sports in a while. It's so crazy how Conor can read these situations so well, and it seems like he is actually trying to do a favor for Urijah. His gym's best fighter has been training with a rival and faber wasn't doing shit about it. Conor was trying to get Faber to grow some balls and deal with the situation. Then it just progressed into the Kody/TJ rivalry which is by far the most interesting scheduled event in the UFC right now.
