- Nothing beats a free negate and then go full combo! With this new insane support the frogs and spright combine again for some bonkers plays!
The new ice barrier support really has created a monster in the form of being a one card access to Toadally awesome. It is similar to a watered down roanintoad!

You can actually get away with just 1 copy of Mirror Mage and Freezing chains, since you can use SP to banish your own freezing chains on summon and then after you detached the Mirror Mage with Toad you can grab back the banished Freezing Chains since Mirror can also add from the banished pile.
Just had a pretty lengthy test session tonight with some teammates, and we came to the same conclusion. I still like 2 freezing because I'm on some copium level if they break the board.

dupe frog cannot activate because it was not the last thing to happen when sent to gy, in your case it was spright sprind. going 2nd place while cheating with dupe frog is insane. especially this tells me how unaware and awful your opponents are if they were even real at all. but anyways ice barrier with frog/spright is lit and hopefully toad only gets limited

I was about to call him on that you can't search with dupe frog it says "when" not "If" big difference.

@@bluefalcontcg sorry I didn’t mean to be toxic like that. Allot of stuff must have happened to the poor souls you straight up Yugi’d. I’m really excited for the ice barrier support and I’d recommend using 1 mirror mage and 1 frozen chains with 3 prior of the ice barrier and 3 medallion of the ice barrier with 2-3 pot of prosperity. Crazy how often you make 2 toadallys with it. with the melffy package you can have 3-5 Omni negates almost guaranteed every 1st turn. Also with more ice barrier names drawing frozen chains isn’t a brick as you simply draw prior of the ice barrier instead.
@jamesmiller2153 I definitely want to explore a heavier ice barrier package!! Also didn't think it was toxic haha it's fine! If I miss play call it out I can only get better from catching bad or illegal plays.
If you get ashed how would that be full combo with maequin cat? it can revive ash but it's lvl 3, fire, zombie. what would you get from the deck
You float your level 2 fire sprights and continue with combo.

@@bluefalcontcgYou should be fine so long as dupe is chain link 1 right? Because it is a “when” effect and not an “if” effect. Or does it not work because the summon of sprind cuts off dupe’s window?

@user-op7ur1uk3f personal preference. I've always ran it at one for a while now. I see a lot of people run it at two, but I think it just comes down to preference.
