the heck is a reversing camera under the unit supposed to do. truck drivers getting so bad they need coddling with a camera that's gona spend 98% of the time staring at the underside of a trailer.

Love the new dashboard,looks really modern but WTF is happening with the old fashioned handbrake lever????.. Just looks so out of place with that modern dashboard. I’ve saw a few of the new dash Scanias and they’ve gone with the old fashioned handbrake. To me personally having used both I’d go for the electric handbrake as it’s the best on the market,works really well and fits in with that dash so well. Horses for courses I guess.. Still a smart looking truck..

The fleet I work with currently has four new Scanias with the new dash ……….NOT good at all, they keep failing ,blacking out and the fact you can’t have full functionality is a tad concerning!! We’re being told November for any improvement at all. How to test a loyal customer
Sorry buddy but you’re talking crap !!!! I’ve been running trucks for over 30 years and I’ve tried them all. Pound for pound they are the cheapest trucks to run, forget the purchase price that’s a tiny proportion of the overall cost of running trucks and they are miles in front as far as mpg, parts pricing and residuals are concerned.

Every new truck ordered after February has the new dash unfortunately. I have 1 an they r terrible.
Those curtains have got to be the most tacky cheesey thing you can add to a truck, painfully horrendous

i think electric handbrakes are dangerous, the amount of times i pull them and they dont engage is a joke
