So very happy to see this, Julie. Your winter photos are beautiful, but I can’t imagine temperatures like that where I live!!!! Enjoyed your 52 week journal and I am so glad you and your friend are creating something so interesting❗️❣️❣️
What a fabulous idea and layout Julie! I love the temperature strips and adding the snowflakes to strips when you had snow!! Would love the January die cut!
Wow, I've actually started a weather tree cross stitch this year, a branch per month, a coloured leaf per day. I love this idea for scrapbooking and can't wait to get cracking. Cheers from South Australia 🇦🇺
What a fun idea Julie, I was wondering what your idea for this year was going to be but never in my wildest dreams did I think that you would come up with a brilliant idea like this, so looking forward to seeing how it goes between Janice & yourself. Even between Janice & my own weather as I too live in Australia but my weather this summer has been cool whereas normally I am usually in the paprika & scarlet colours, this year we are in the avocado to an occasional nectarine day. So I have been loving it, though not looking forward to having another cold winter as it was last year. I don't do well in cold weather these days. Love your page & the idea of tone on tone stamping of the snowflakes, brilliant idea & takes away the blandness of the page.
Well if you ever decide to come to Canada don't come in January or February we are the exact opposite of you. We do get to +30 in July and August. So happy you like this crazy idea and so glad Janice agreed to join in on the fun, it should be very interesting to see our layouts in the upcoming month.
Love your wintery snowy photos and how your layout looks Julie! So different from my weather pages. I'm so excited about this project and can't wait to see what February brings for both of us! So glad you asked me to play along with you. 😍
What a fun idea! I love all the blues and those great pictures. I’m afraid my weather strips would look rather boring here in California. Especially during the hot summer months. Looking forward to following along.
You would need to have a chart that is closer in the changes of temperature. Since we go from one extra to the other, I'll get to show off all of the colours.
As a former consultant - Is Corp promoting this idea on the blog and FB? If not WHY? It is such a cool idea. I am going to get dinner finished and then binge watch this playlist!
Nope, this was my idea after seeing my MIL knitting one. Since I don’t knit this was my way of document the weather and my memories all at the same time.
Love, love, love this idea! Can’t wait to make my January layout. It was a cold month here as well so I’ll have quite a few black strips as well. Thanks for sharing and can’t wait to see the future layouts. Well done!
Well, this is just the cutest idea ever! Would love a chance to receive that lovely January die cut - it would be so fun to play along with Toronto weather (not that different from Ottawa, though maybe a touch warmer) :)
From Jan-Mar I'll be using the max cold temperature and then starting in April I will switch to the max hot temperature since I'm trying to show off both extremes. Hope that makes sense.
I'm loving this series by Janice and yourself, what a fabulous idea!
Glad you like it 😊

It should be fun and I can't wait to see my layout turn to green but that's going to be a while.

Love the layout and how different each of yours looks
Should be interning to see next month, I’m still in the blues. It’s not warm here yet 🤨
What a great idea! Love how your colours are dictated!
Thanks so much! 😊
🤍This🤍!! I’ve wanted to do this type of album before since I don’t crochet or knit. Thank you so much for sharing how to accomplish something so fun!!
You are so welcome! I don’t knit either so this was my way of document the weather this pass year.
What an awesome layout! I love the idea of stacking the letters and using the adhesive sheets!
Thanks so much!
I love the cutting of the adhesive sheets on the title. Awesome
Glad you like it! Thanks for watching

I can't wait to get out of the blue tones... I'm ready for Spring! Thanks for watching.
This is such a fun idea! Thinking it would also be perfect to circle punch the colors and place on the calendar pages of mu Happy Planner!
Great idea!! Each month the layouts will be different and I do see circles at one point.
Love this idea!
Thank you! 😊
Love this idea, love your layout, and the January cricut cut is gorgeous. Think I will have to give this a go.
Not sure why it's come up under my son's name? This is Rae

Well so far I'm still in the BLUES it's not really warming up. Thank you so much for jumping into this crazy project, I do think it's going to be fun!
Awesome title. We have had snow 5 times in January, which is rare in TN.
thank you Eleanor!
This is a beautiful layout! I will have to figure out the temps in the USA! In the meantime, I will just enjoy yours and Janices creations!
I’m sure you have a website similar to what I’m using here. Or you can use the weather app our your phone 😊
Love these and the idea behind this. I will be following this collab!
Yay! Thank you! Did you finish your 52 weeks book?

What a great idea! I live in Orlando, Florida so would sadly never use those beautiful blues.
How a miss Florida, they don't call us snowbirds for nothing :)
What a creative idea! Love it. Our weather l plays a big part in what we do. Your photos were so lovely too!!
Thanks so much! 😊 and yes the weather here is from one extreme to the end I can't wait to see how it all turns out.

@@JulieCarriere_TheScrapZone They should totally promote it and you get the credit. Great idea!

You also had really cold day this past month, I'd love for you to get this a try. Good luck in the draw.
This is so neato!!! Thanks for sharing! from Ontario =o)
Thanks for watching!
I love this idea! I have a question, what number will you be using the highest temperatures or the lowest temperatures of each day?
From Jan-Mar I'll be using the max cold temperature and then starting in April I will switch to the max hot temperature since I'm trying to show off both extremes. Hope that makes sense.
Lol -25 is almost hot ….Julie, -39 is cold 🥶 lol
You’re so Canadian 🤣😂😆
