I made this parody video because I love pop music and I use the lyrics in my everyday life. So I wanted to film something with my friends and show you how awesome life would be if we sang our ways through our troubles :)

Casey, I LOVE your videos and personality! I am a long-time subscriber and your enthusiasm for fitness is a huge inspiration for me getting more in shape this year and working out all throughout the week and getting stronger. I do your workout videos SO much & they are super fun and effective. You are on point....most of the time. I think this video is super off base with some of the messages you're sending about dieting. Even if it's a joke, I think all humor is based in reality, and I don't think you're being the best role model you could be by encouraging calorie deprivation. I have close friends with eating disorders who deprive themselves of food or who view food as the enemy, but it doesn't have to be that way!! Glucose in carbohydrates from food is energy for our bodies and brains and sending a message to not give your body what it needs to run off is not good. Losing weight comes from eating a plentiful, abundant diet of whole grains and fruits and vegetables.

First off, I do this in real life. I have so many songs in my library that I literally have a song for almost every key phrase or sentence I say. So moments like this actually happen to me, where I "sing" lyrics instead of thinking them. Or I say something (man, you drive me crazy) and then I'll sing a song that has those exact (or almost exact) words in it. (YOU DRIVE ME CRAAAAAZZZYY!)
Having said all that, I relate HARD CORE to this video.
Secondly, OH MY GOSH I LOVED SEEING SAM!!!!! He does such a great job and I just loved seeing him.
Thirdly, everyone did such an amazing job in this video.

the video is really cool and I loved the creativity! But I gotta say that the message this video puts out is quite clear. To lose weight you gotta diet so you have to starve yourself to the point that you have cravings for junk food because your body kust wants some food. How many years wilk it take for people to understand that if you listen to your body signal and you eat when hungry and stop when full your weight will beacame stable and also your mind will be less obsessed about food.
I know it's not easy but DIETS just don't work. you lose weight--->eat--->gain more weight---> feel guilty--->starve. Come on people it's time to really take care of ourselves both mentally and physically! Think about it ;)
+Beatrice Leonforte I totally agree with you. The worst that because of dieting people become obsessed with counting calories and what should or they should not eat. But they didn't think about the consequences what they cause for themselves, when they cut out essential energy sources....I mean vitamins, fat and so. And after that, when they see the signs(it's late) they do not understand why they feel bad and have health problems.
