This video is for every woman that has ruined her hair by overbleaching and overcolouring. After bleaching and colouring my hair since 2013 on a monthly basis, I had ruined my hair up to the point where it was hanging dead beside my face. It had weakened to the point where there was no more aliveness in the hair strand. So I decided to stop bleaching/colouring my hair and let my hair grow out naturally. I've even taken some intense measurements to shave off my hair completely to get a fresh new start with my hair. In this video I'm sharing with you my personal hair journey. My goal is to grow back my hair naturally for the next 3 years. But this time with the wisdom of what is good and healthy for my hair and what I should avoid doing to my hair in the future. This means no more heat, no more chemical hair colouring and avoiding commercial chemical shampoo, conditioner etc.

Jenny R Are you consuming enough vitamin E? Nuts and seeds are a great natural boost for vitamin E or you could ask at your health store for natural hair and skin supplement. I also made weekly hair masks with healthy oils and Indian herbs. I am planning on making a video about that some time when I am going to grow back my hair again.

Her one month stage looks like mine after a week. I’ve been applying Argan oil into my hair every other day.
My personal hair growth journey of success, I adhered to this routine:
Take early morning sunshine daily for vitamin D. Eat vegetables of all colours. Using paraben-free and fragrance free shampoo and gently massaging two times per week with hair oil from litttleextra's cocooonion oil. Imp. to keep in mind that hair growth is affected by overall health as well as circulation and nutrition.
I have seen a good decrease in hair fall since I began using coco onioon hair oil and shampoo.

Your video was nice, Thank You for sharing & it was ironic seeing this because i cut my hair this month sept 4th, after 7 years of dreads & i also coincidently happen to be using the same product you are using, Castor oil. what you advertised which is a coincidence. But except im a African American guy with different hair texture. Just was browsing around on ppl hair calculation growth videos, then weirdly stubbled across this one. I, for one, found the hair touching to be quite nice. It had a calming effect on me, and it prompted me to think about how much I love my own hair! It also helped me visualize the thickness and length. Anyway, you look so happy doing it.

Ok im really late but growing out short hair is a REAL PAIN. I'm growing out a pixie cut at the moment and I'm really struggling with the styling and my hair is naturally curly and so that makes it even more harder lol. BUT YOU LOOK ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!❤

But it still is important to insist on the fact that hair growth depends on each individual (type of hair, genetic, food, way of sleeping, hair routine etc.) and as I have 4a hair I clearly don't have the same growth since I have shaved it ^^
Your hair grows super fast
My hair growth is actually really fast according to the people around me. And the only reason why I noticed this as well is that I have had to shave my head a couple of times because, surprise, surprise, "my hair is too long for a boy". For me, it takes about a month and a half to get my hair down to my neck.
Grow it for a year and you'll be Rapunzel. lol

No, hair is growing back in the exact same thickness as it was before. You can only change that with your way of eating.

@@anjilamokhlis6542 On average you grow 0.5 inches of hair per month. Of course alot of people grow faster or slower than that. I tend to grow over an inch a month.

Kina Axian congratulations! It’s a brave step. From what I heard from my hairdressers my hair grows pretty fast but I don’t think so. If you read back the comments under this video there are a lot of people who’s hair grows in 1 week what I grow in 1 month. So it really is different for every person. But do let me know how yours is coming along!

@@AnastasiaLUVSU Because it's super curly you genius, curly hair appears to grow slower because it's in curls, more traveling area to look significant. Everyone with straight hair has a normal average growth of 0.5 inches per month.

I could never do that to my hair. I love long hair. Heck my sister cut my hair to my shoulders a year ago and I regretted it. She really wanted to do it and she's a hair stylist so I let her, but I really miss my long hair!😭 I want it go back to my mid back or longer if I can.

ian Junior how long is your hair now? And from what length did you start growing out your hair? There were some things I did to increase the hair growth, but bear in mind that everyone has their own hair growth border. That’s why you may notice that your hair stops growing after a certain length.
It can't just stop growing. Your hair can break at a certain length, but it wil continue growing.

This made me happy cause I got 3 and a half inches of hair currently and it should be much closer to how I want it in 3 months I'm planning on growing mine for 3 years people say long hair on dudes makes you look like a girl but my face is very masculine so I doubt anyone would mistake me for a girl

u should try out inversion method for hair growth and make an updated video if it works for you I hope it does because it worked for me

Happy Conscious Living the inversion method is when you massage your scalp with an oil like olive oil, almond oil, avocado oil, Jamaican black castor oil for 5 min once a week and gives around 1 to 1.5in of hair growth a month
Depression I didn’t know that was called inversion method. That’s one of the things I’ve been doing to increase the hair growth but I would leave it in longer than 5 minutes. Thank you for educating me 😊
