¹there are better places to eat Kushary especially as a foreigner living in this wonderful country, BUT kushary traditionally comes from India and was brought by British Indian spots to Egypt during the Napoleonic wars
@@AlexSDU it is literally called Toasted bread or just bread inside the restraunt and they will understand as this is the only use of bread in koshary restraunts in arabic ( AEESH ) which is (BREAD) OR (AEESH MEHAMMAS) which is (TOASTED BREAD)
