Kit design is superb! What engine temps are you seeing on a hard run through the dunes? Any thoughts of a remote oil cooler? How much worse is the MPG? Guessing around 80 miles to a tank when running hard? Maybe less? Using a thimble for a gas tank is another fine Popo engineering moment. I'm sure Rotopax loves the fuel tank design!
On a 70° day at the St. Anthony Sand Dunes, a 2-Seater with the RAGE Turbo stayed under 200°. The same day, a stock 4-Seater was around 210-212. We believe that is due to the intercooler working well and being placed properly on our kit. If a remote oil cooler is something you are wanting, we can definitely make that happen, just reach out! For MPG, driving aggressively in the sand dunes, you're probably right with your guess of 80 miles to a tank. That's about where we were at.
