Nice. I used my buddy's monkey foot at his spot, and I loved it, so I got one. However, it was awkward with my kettlebells and didn’t fit my power blocks. This made up my mind. I’m basically just using this for leg curls and leg extensions at my house.
Thanks for the sub! I find these to be awesome for leg extensions, but I do have to put a pillow or pad under my thigh to elevate my knee a bit. Relieves some tension and allows me to clear the floor.
