-Get equal weight of;Pineapple,Fresh fish, molasses & mix in a glass jar.
-Cover white cloth & ferment for 14days.
-Sieve & serve juice for atleast 3 days every week.
-Measurement: 10mls of this formula in 1 liter of water.
