Hi, I'm from Kakinada I'm too facing the same issue since 2 years,
My original battery got damaged they replaced with other rotation battery,
Till now they are giving only the rotation battery.
This is my 4th rotation battery which is giving only 40km..
If I'm asking for the original battery they are saying it's misplaced somewhere and asking to use this rotation battery which is giving 40km.
2. Suspension is the worst thing
3. Speedo meter which is not showing the correct battery information & Kilometres driven, this is my 3rd speedometer but still the same issue.
4. Service is very poor, i kept my bike at service point for 4 months for the battery, daily followups

I am also one of the customer for pure ev ,I replaced with new battery after 6months ,I agree service is not good,no proper response ,they will respond when they will free,My suggestion is don't charge more than 4hours,Don't charge battery Immediately after use, wait atleast 1hour and charge,I faced front shock oil leakage no spare from showroom used Yamaha rx100 oil seal it fits perfectly.
I am also facing this problem bro ... For the starting it was good but now battery was very bad ... Actually after buying this vehicle i didn't used my own battery till.. and still am using alternative battery of others I want to come with you guys will go and sit in front of pure ev company

There are are lots of problem with this product
1.Charger Do not cut off power of full charging it turns green and red continuously.
2. Battery shakes very badly while riding on bumpy road, battery maybe damaged or the things kept inside the boot space maybe damaged.
3. Poor service quality, whatever the issue you take to dealership agent, they will always tell you, yes sir it is like this only no problem, they will never resolve your issue.
4. Back wheel makes noise whenever I apply the break.
5. Cutting made to place the battery inside boot space looks like handmade using some Excel blade looks so cheap.
6. Front storage box is so weak I feel like within 1 year It will also start making noise on bumpy roads.
7. Company logo "pure EV 7G" is pasted using double side, which feels so cheap.
8. Battery holding box paint qualitiy is so cheap.
9. Because of the shaking of battery inside vehicle. Outer layer of battery peels off & catches rust easily.
10. We Need to press the seat very hard to lock it only a strong man can strong man can lock the seat for women children's and ladies senior citizens it is difficult to lock the sheet (not difficult its impossible)
11. Overall all the materials used for manufacturing this product is not good.
12. Coral the material used for manufacturing this product is not that good.
12. Overall it looks like some two college graduates made this vehicle as a
project work it is not looks professional.
13. All the above points are acceptable if this vehicle was a startup and not competing with any other scooters but now this vehicle is costing more than other scooters in the same segment.(bounce Infinity, hero optima, and amper Magnus etc) so this mistakes are not acceptable

Atleast they have given rotation battery, Revolt will keep & Rotate you around showroom for months
We will also do a video on Revolt too. Any customer experinecing challenges, we will question those companies. We questioned Ola when the service was bad.. We also questioned Ather when they are giving slow charger.. we exposed FAME2 subsdiy scam almost 2 years before.. 100's of such examples we have. we are committed channel for spreading the right awareness on electric vehicles. We will stand by the consumer interests. What we get in return is threats and verbal attacks in comments by those company dealers, distributors and as well as manufacturers. We want the right ev revolution, but not at the cost of making a consumer suffer. We are the only network across India told people clearly dont buy OLA until they improve the service. Ola has not invited us for their plant visit due to that .. we are ok.. we work for the public.

Purchased Etryst-350 on oct22. from kukatpally showroom. 3700 km it ran until Feb 24. Now all of sudden it stopped during running condition. Service center & Toll Free # not responding. Showroom closed. Raised service request thru company website. But no response. Bike kept idle.
Went to Universal Auto ,Madinaguda . They advised to take bike to Kandi, Sangareddy. Too far away from my place. Too difficult to get service. Do not purchase pure ev ( poor ev)

think this problem started mainly those who bought last 1 year or bit ealrier - perhaps the battery tech may changed on their end - or the cells they have imported may have let them down ..etc.. somewhere something gone wrong on their end too.. they need to reveal the details then only we will come to know..

something has let them down for sure ( e.g: could be a wrong decision about importing low cost cells from china ) and its looking like gone out of control for them too.. truly wish for them to recover and help every customer suffering.. A lot of customers of pure ev were very happy in the early years... but something has changed after that causing all these issues.

I have bought epluto 7G with the extended warranty and have completed services as per their suggestions. Now the bike was not working I visited and called multiple time showroom they are always telling the technician not available. When I call customer care your bike is not covered under warranty and the reason they are giving your service is not updated in the system .....my suggestion is don't buy this bike no response from company, no service and quality of bike is very bad

నేను కూడా గమనించాను spare parts cost చాలా ఎక్కువగా ఉంది. మన నార్మల్ బైక్స్ స్పర్స్ కంటే 3 (thtee) times cost ఎక్కువగా ఉంది. Repairs వస్తే చాలా కష్టం. Too cost of sparecparts.

I was promised of replacement of battery, if the same problem repeats at the time of purchase of vehicle, but even after repair of battery from factory, the problem exists no replacement done by Pure ev company. So i have advised my circle not to buy Pure EV two wheeler. My relatives have purchased Okaya( not a single issue)& Ola( to observe) since Simple One delivery has been delayed. Mr Pavan of factory replies after 20 days after complaint has been raised. Local dealer service is ok but company's response is very very bad.

అవి వేశాక కూడ బ్యాటరీ లో సమస్యలు తగ్గ లేదు బ్రో.పైగా అవి వేసిన బ్యాటరీ లు కూడ తగలబడు తున్నాయి మొన్న శ్రీకాకుళం లో ఒక ఇంట్లో నే పేలింది tv lo చూసాను FB లో కూడా ఉంది సెల్ లో దమ్ము లేకుండా ఎన్ని MBF లు వేసిన అవి మాకు డబ్బులు బొక్క కంపెనీ కి మిగులు. అయినా మీకు జీతాలు టైం కి ఇస్తున్నారా? ఇస్తుంటెనే గా ఒక చేత (త్త) కానీ కంపెనీ నీ వెనుకేసుకొస్తున్నారు.
