Its an expired misdemeanor that they manufactured into a felony by accusing him of a second crime that they don't have jurisdiction to enforce nor did they prove.

What is completely missing from the discussion is this was election interference of the highest order. The prize was 4 years in the White House. There is no fine that makes up for that. The next time any candidate faces a questionable choice they will look at this case and decide there a no consequences for selling the American people short.

Meh. If this wasn't a ginned up political trial, I might agree. The DA manufactured the felony charge from the misdemeanor by associating it with a federal statute that the federal government itself would not bring. Suggesting that Biden isn't specifically responsible for allowing this to happen is just BS. It is clear to any reasonable person.

He promised Covid would 'just go away' and left office trillions more in debt. He shat all over the electoral system and incited a domestic terror attack on the Capitol. Refused to call in the National Guard for 3 hours. That didn't earn your vote.
But now he is convicted of a crime by a jury of peers ... this is the moment you feel he is a worthy leader? NOW you are going to vote Trump?
