There is also a single track trail that takes you to the middle section. Most people use the dirt road that is located at the top of the hill after you cross the bridge.
Yes there is a dirt road that goes down the hill and under the train tracks to the lower section of the beach. Just follow the ebikes with surfboards strapped to their sides.

What happens if you keep going parallel with the bridge? Does that take you to lowers?
