    Hi, thanks for that video. Nobody ever does a night time drive/walkaround of their car. I like to see how the dash and interior/exterior lights look in the dark. One question though as I have just bought a 2006 SE 2.0D and I want to know if the steering wheel controls are supposed to illuminate? Yours don't seem to but maybe I cannot see them clear enough.

      Glad to hear my video was helpful! Yes, the steering wheel controls are illuminated, but I messed up my camera settings while filming this and they don't look well illuminated

      @@EUROCARGUY Hi again, tested mine now and yes I see the steering wheel controls are well lit. One question I totally forgot to ask…those alloys on your car are hands down the best looking style for this car. They transform the car completely. What is the make size and style name of those alloys please. My stock 2006 S40 has standard 16’s on it, will need to find out what size would look best, don’t really wanna shell out for 18’s. Cheers. Steve.

    What s your opinion about this car?

    • @EUROCARGUY
      @EUROCARGUY  4 года назад +7

      We had it for almost 3 years and it was great. Very comfortable (great seats!), relatively well isolated from the road noise and pretty good sound system. We didn't have any major issues with it - we replaced front CV axle shafts, variable timing solenoid and a fuel pressure sensor.

      Do you think it will be a reliable car for a fresh graduate??? Ive always loved Volvo's and this is the first goal of mine

    • @EUROCARGUY
      @EUROCARGUY  4 года назад +5

      @@christophersoe3887 If it was properly maintained by a previous owner, it will. If not, there might be some problems with transmission or various sensors. I would look for one from the first owner with a service history. The thing with European cars is, as long as they're well maintained they will be pretty reliable
