It is the first time I am visiting this capital in central Europe and I love it, so I decided to share with you the best things you need to know before planning your trip to Budapest.

Because half of today's Romania belonged to Hungary before 1920...

What nowdays you can see all the old beauty charm of the Transsilvanian cities were built by the Hungarians and Saxons before 1920.

But of course the buildings in Bhdapest are much bigger than in the provincial Transylvanian cities. And of course Bucharest looks absolutely differently than Budapest, because that's a romanian city, with different history and culture, lot more damaged by the communism and the nature (earthquakes). The two capitol playing in different leagues touristically, Budapest is a premier league tourist hotspot - meantime Bucharest is a second league place, with much less visitors.

@@pfefferjozsef since I was a child I often followed my parents to all over Europe because my parents' career was actually a lawyer..there are several other European countries and surrounding countries that can also be categorized as dangerous..
