I have my year 10 mocks in June and I'm going to start from March onwards. I've made a revision plan on Google sheets and I've included all the tasks that i need to get done before the Mocks. This video gave me a great understanding on how to write a grade 9 response and how to move away from a low grade response to a high level response. My aspirational grade for both English Language and Literature is a 6 but i'm going to start practising more and hopefully i'll be able to get at least and 8 or a 9 in my mocks- thanks first rate tutors

The author had described the character in several ways. Say l just pick one to write about, analyse deeply and do it very well. But I don't write about all the other descriptions at all. Would I still be getting a high grade?

If you can write at least 3 paragraphs with 3 different descriptions - you can get a high grade (depending on how deep your analysis is).
