Great exercise, Dough, thanks. I’ll give it a go this evening. Really enjoy your casual style videos - it’s like being there (with you and the washer-upper 😂)
Watched this as a “filler“ before doing some notes for next week, like the colourful collage of figures. Sorry to hear your series didn’t do too well perhaps its the after Christmas effect, sure things will pick up, it’s on my „to repeat „ & try list. And, as I‘ve asked Tobysketch, I‘ll ask you which paper do you use for watercolour & just ink setchings? Different for different mediums?
No just basic watercolour paper for both. My current favourite paper is Khadi handmade paper which has a fabulous texture. I belive that as long as its cotton based and reasonably thick you can't go far wrong.
Yes. This was a great way of practicing figure drawing and playing around with the watercolours! 😄 Gwen
Yes it's a lot of fun just to play. I'm doing a fair but at the moment trying to learn to draw faces using the loomis method. Man it's complicated . 🤣

Yes this one is certainly keeping it real 🤣🤣
It looks like a great way to loosen up and see how your palette colors work together.
It really is and I'd never even thought of that. What a delicious bonus. 😋
