You are correct. Coco (unfortunately) has a weak serve. If she can't make a good serve, she then serves a slow pitch softball style serve that sets her opponent up to make a great return. It's kind of maddening. Her game appears predicated on a million volleys and waiting for the other player to make a mistake.

Why is when asked questions about melanated opponents there is always this need to make the black woman seem as though she’s the issue. The issue with those who hate us, is within yourselves. A people who’ve believed themselves superior will always find something to gripe about when they come face to face with a people chosen.
