Please....I passed all my core subjects and to electives....and I had D7 in the other electives can I apply in 2025??

Greetings, please I need to know this , will I be having problem if I have the wrong spelling of my surname on my shs results and on my certificate the name is correct , will I have a problem with that?
Just go along with your certificate and let them use the correct name please
