@@atetraxx Because you always have to open their GUIs first before tuning. A native tuner like in Ableton is always visible in the device chain and so you can tune much more quickly.
You can use the spectrum analyzer to read the root note out by hovering over the specific note and checking the relation to the incoming signal. It'll also automatically read out the root note and +/- cents pretty well.
I love bitwig so much and these new features with analog style eqs + compressor+ are INCREDIBLE...but god yeah, I am entirely waiting on features like a proper and usable piano roll & loop export & theming...Amazing work though, to the entire team, but I think an update for composers would do more help to your software and product. I've shown bitwig to a dozen of my friends but a combination of the piano roll being overly cumbersome and the not so pleasant grey theme turn them off entirely.
I love bitwig so much. More than any other. I just wish it had some solution for ARA (or native tuning and spectral editing solution) Along with a totally revamped set of analysis tools (loudness, dynamic range, peak, rms, stereo etc. precision analysis tools would be great. I would love to only use bitwig instead of messing around in DAWs that aren’t nearly as inspiring! Anyway I shall update my plan soon! Great updates as always!
Great Update for musicians and sounddesigners. I’m pretty happy with Bitwig as it is. Also the really short iterations you guys comes with new features and or bugfixes. Thank you.
Please give us a tuner device, we miss it from the first day using Bitwig. Please!
I agree but you can use Mtuner or Free Tuner, if you need one still.
There's so many free great tuners out there. Why?

I really like you put in a graphics for the EQ curve, very nice!
Beauty in minimalism of operation while maintaining functionality! I wish there were more such solutions. And this is beautiful!

a piano roll inside the track like "reaper daw" does 🔥🔥
Bitwig piano roll is plenty usable. Don't let your wants stop you
So great! I really like already what I can see and more important hear. And even your subtle examples brings this sound even more to live. 🌻
Pretty great update together with the compressor and the rest. Congrats!
That compressor+ is amazing.
The clipper is my favorite thing ever honestly, but the eqs and compressor are honestly stellar as well.
Please add new themes for gui! We want dark arrange view, please!

Yes, but where is the MIDI comping?
Nice addition. Would also be cool to have Tilt as filter-type in eq+.
Agreed
Tonight, during the broadcast, the audio engine was turned off very often. I sent a report.
Very inspiring EQ features. Kudos.
This is great, BUT, when can we do the simple task of audio over dubbing?
Great updates . Thank you
Y’all need to get Pat to do a tutorial video on how he uses the built in devices for his guitar tone
Appreciate that! I use a combination of two Amps with effects between them, treating them like a preamp, insert effects, and a power amp.
@@patcupo thanks for the reply, ill be giving that a try for sure!
I hope you made some money from the sale and can hire developers to improve the piano roll. Bringing it up to the level of Ableton 12 would be great.
Existing dev team is pretty competent, this might be the most well-engineered daw out there, def the most stable and resilient so far.
Guy, I love you and your product!
Has the sampler got stem separation

Great ! What camera did you choose to shot this video please ?
It was a Sony a7R III, which is not the best for video, but we work with what we got. The a7S III would be better 📷
Sweet!!
Amazing stuff by Bitwig❤
More to come please!!!
When are you going to offer the possibility to darken the arranger background?
