This is hard to write in english but i try.
I germany animal welfarist claim thst rex rabbits are breeding of defects.
Because the whiskers are sometimes too short. And rabbits need the whiskers.
Is it really bad?
Do you care in breeding if the rabbits have whiskers?
I cant imagine that whiskers matter in a cage.

Rex are bred for their fur which is a recessive trait. That being said it isnt a “defect” so to speak. As for the whole whisker thing I will say that is a new bit of propaganda I have never heard of before 😅. i dont really look at the animals whiskers nor have I talked to any friends who worry about it. I would say it isnt really a problem 😁
