  • With our legendary cycling tour of Perthshire coming up in September, our headline chef, Lorna McNee, has been perfecting her 5-course tasting menu. Lorna’s ’Tour de Feast’ has been created using only the finest Scottish produce, including InchDairnie Distillery's RyeLaw whisky, to construct a menu worthy of a Gold Medal.
To get some inspiration for her dishes, Lorna visited their distillery in Fife to learn about their innovative process and to get a flavour of their precision distilled malted rye Scotch whisky. We were then invited to Lorna’s Michelin star restaurant, Cail Bruich, to chat about her philosophy, distillery visit and capture the creation of two of the dishes which will be served in Perthshire.; one of which is a nod to fellow headliners and golden couple, Dame Laura Kenny and Sir Jason Kenny.
