ChipSa is so much better than Brandito. It's insane that people can even say that Brandito is better. Sure, Brandito is a really good Doomfist, but ChipSa is overall a better gamer. Yeah, he's a little bit salty at times and very rude, but it's because he's STREAMING. People are watching him for entertainment purposes. Plus, it's funny. Quit crying. Watching them play yields different experiences. Watching Brandito doesn't teach you anything except how to abuse map geometry (granted, ChipSa does this as well, but to a minor degree). Watching ChipSa teaches you the mechanics of Doomfist and what you can do with him. He shows you Doomfist skill and game sense. Not to say Brandito doesn't have those, but ChipSa is just a wholesome Doomfist all around.
