@@mccrock2820 his cool down based play style is pretty bad, a lot of the time you gotta use all cool downs to get a kill then got nothing to get out The thing is doom fist is just that type of character where you give him 1 small buff and suddenly he is godlike. But I wish they would do something like when you get a kill your cool downs get like 1 second off or his punch gets 1 second off so you can get out and your not forced to be a suicide bomber. Genji can do it yet dooms more risky and gets no rewards.
dude i love how well you know the map and tricks for movement. One thing, when you die... hold rocket punch charge while watching replay and when you spawn your charge will already be up. Save you 1.5 seconds on getting back to the fight.

Looking at old doom gameplay I understand why he’s now a tank. Tank doom actually makes more sense and he’s a lot better as a tank. Dmg isn’t as high as old doom of course with no more 1 punch but I mean he still has great damage. But if you think about it what would’ve been better have tank doom like he is now or keep DPS doom but there aren’t anymore stuns. What would’ve been more balanced? Me and my buddies play the workshop with old doom and he’s so fun but I can go into a comp game play tank and have just as much fun.

acrobatmapping if you charge at a edge, and press spacebar at the right time or whatever jump is, you will get sent flying. Of course, you wanna charge the edge when your knees are at the same level, requires timing.
Man the rocket punch is OP when it’s diagonal, getting up high ground should strictly be for the uppercut, or a longer cool down for the punch, especially with quake behind the screen
I'm recently finding out about how cool doomfist used to be and that he was even a dps. crazy how ana gets 2 CCs and phara can stay in the air pretty much forever but doom can't even get his uppercut back?
the fact the he is not even top500 just shows how overnerfed Doomfist has gotten. And people are still complaining about DF for more nerfs, but those never even experienced the hard life of a Doom main.
Are u kidding? Doom is still strong. Hes played in OWL all the time, and on ladder too! GetQuakedOn is a good mechanical dooomfist, but he is not a great overwatch player
Doom is certainly not meta but he is still playable. You just have to adjust playstyles depending on the map and the enemy's counters. He is still largely a high risk / high reward hero
