i even cut off the thin seat post tube ,and tig welded heavy duty thick diameter seat post bracket ,now it fits the 35mm seat posts,also changed the whole swing arm to linkage arm suspension design with 350mm rear shock,,can actually feel suspension work now ,
Yes I could see where that would be way more comfortable I actually think they look better that way too, but I'm trying to keep it looking like a bicycle as much as I can

The problem is that kind of alloy metal, it is porous and cracks just like sandstone.
Yeah it looks like it is cast aluminum and that is not good.

I got the enduro seat on my bike, a lot more room for my butt and a grab handle to change directions. but prob not for true MTB or downhill fans.
