WT ARE EPIC
you know, I think that pop genre includes a huge variety of songs and styles. Pop includes songs from radio hits, to kate bushe's brilliant songs. This song is not 'pure' pop but it definitely has many attributes that makes it included in this category as well. that's only my view always.
@marsmars1993 BTW: WT has always been changing. Sharon herself once said in an interview that originally people thought of them as doom metal, heavy metal etc.
the video is real good so well done with that. as for the song...people around are so damn right, this is pure pop shit. It makes me feel so bad...WT used to be my idols. noy any more...they got carried away by the commercial flow. well done :/
What the hell are you people smoking? This is NOT pop! Selena Gomez. Britney Spears. Taylor Swift. Kelly Clarkson. THAT'S pop. Sure, this song is lighter than Within Temptation's usual music, but I think it's BADASS! People... Oy. Just bleh. Love Within Temotation! Great video! Thanks for uploading :)

@marsmars1993 Pop?? This song is inspired by Iron Maiden. Hence the name "Iron".
@LudoWT: Iron is no where near pop standards.
@Nekhet but you don't get it. I'm totally ok with the fact they're constantly changing, if you see their albums they're all different. apart from the silent force and the heart of everything that had mostly songs of the same style, enter and mother earth has nothing to do with each other or with the othr two.
so my problem is this specific style they're following now, and not the fact they're changing. can you get me on that? that's just my personal opinion,

@LudoWT yea kid it's pop hard rock.mainstream for deaf masses,they play like hundreds of other bands in the world-avarage shit.They were the best band of their kind,now they are just avarage band of hundreds the same.

first of all, sharon den adel herself has declared that wt is a 'symphonic rock' band, no gothic, no metal stuff. secnodly, I have nothing against pop music, it just doesn't go with my music taste at all. what bothers me about wt is their new attention seeking attitude and their commercial songs such as faster and sinead.
